Oral Assessment
Objective: To effectively pitch your ideas for addressing the case company’s business challenge, as developed in your written report. This reflects a typical project where a manager may be asked to justify and explain their work in management meetings (with no preparation time).
Directions: Each student has a maximum of 5 minutes to clearly and comprehensively answer questions about their research and recommendations for the case company. All students will be asked the same first question, with one minute to answer:

“What is the main opportunity in the market, and how should it be tapped?”

Each student will then be asked a few additional questions (some general topics will be provided in Week 7). Students will not know the exact wording of these questions before the assessment.
Students may bring their reports and notes into the assessment.
